Pay: $52,000-$62,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
• Support recruiting efforts by conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communications.
• Manage background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions, policies, and administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and other department programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources, recruiting, administrative, or related professional experience.
• Working knowledge of onboarding, recruiting, employee records, and general HR practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HRIS and other business systems.
