You're a cloud-savvy engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a gift for explaining technical concepts in a clear, compelling way. Maybe you're currently in support, DevOps, or solutions architecture—and now you're ready to apply that expertise in a more customer-facing, strategic role. As a key part of our go-to-market team, you'll be the technical voice of N2W—helping prospects and customers understand, trust, and succeed with our solutions.
A strong foundation in AWS and/or Azure infrastructure (certifications are a plus, but not required). Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments, cloud networking, IAM, and storage. Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply and confidently, both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with backup, DR, or security tools (native or 3rd party) is a plus. A consultative approach to problem-solving and solution design. A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow. A team-first mindset with a balance of professionalism and personality.
