Sr. Staff Product & Visual Designer, Technology Workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes and proof-of-concept experiences using modern front-end technologies to validate and showcase next-generation user interactions.
\n
• Define and establish motion design principles, animation systems, interaction patterns, and responsive behaviors that enhance usability and engagement.
\n
• Partner closely with design system teams to translate visual standards, motion guidelines, and reusable design assets into scalable components and frameworks.
\n
• Act as a hands-on mentor and craft leader, collaborating directly with designers to elevate visual quality, interaction design, and user experience standards across projects.
\n
• Bridge the gap between creative vision and engineering execution, ensuring design intent is accurately realized in production environments.
\n
• Explore emerging AI-driven design methodologies, rapid prototyping techniques, and innovative interaction models to accelerate product development.
\n
• Advocate for exceptional user experiences through thoughtful attention to visual detail, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n
• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, Design Technology, Creative Technology, Motion Design, UI Design, or related disciplines focused on sophisticated digital products.
\n
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, animation, interaction design, and interactive prototype development.
\n
• Expertise with modern front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and component-based development practices.
\n
• Advanced experience with motion design, animation systems, and interactive prototyping tools or frameworks.
\n
• Deep understanding of micro-interactions, transition design, visual hierarchy, spatial relationships, and responsive user experiences.
\n
• Experience designing and prototyping dynamic AI-powered user interactions, real-time feedback systems, and conversational or intelligent interfaces.
\n
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.
\n
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to enhance workflows, decision-making, creativity, and product innovation.
\n
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for transforming complex technical functionality into elegant, user-friendly experiences.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade design systems, visual tokens, and animation frameworks.
\n
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices, performance optimization, and modern web rendering techniques.
\n
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, generative design workflows, and rapid prototyping environments.
\n
• Experience delivering consumer-grade usability and visual polish within complex enterprise, platform, developer-focused, or data-intensive applications.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
