Our client, a leading global universal bank, is hiring a long-term contract Senior UX Researcher to join their team working on in-app experiences associated with their personal banking business unit reporting to a fantastic, thoughtful, and supportive Senior UX Research Manager.

Duration: 6+ months

*high probability to extend

Location: Chicago - Hybrid - Monday/Wednesday/every other Friday (10 days/month)

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience working as a UX Researcher within an enterprise environment
\n
• 50/50 split of qualitative & quantitative research (must be strong in quantitative!) end-to-end
\n
• Experienced in survey design and analysis, moderation and discussion guide writing, moderated and unmoderated platforms, analyzing complex data sets and interpret into actionable insights
\n
• Experienced in both enervative and evaluative research, influencing portfolio level strategy
\n
• Knowledge of approach and empathy working closely with design and product partners
\n
• Skilled in presenting and communicating findings to stakeholders including executives
\n
• Team oriented, collaborative, self-starter, proactive, organized, industrious, strategic
\n
• Proficient in usability tools including Dovetail, Usertesting.com, Userinterviews.com (or similar)
